Margo

Margo was employed by a company owned by the Fayed family, where she became a victim of exploitation and abuse masked by power and privilege. Under the guise of opportunity, she was subjected to non-consensual medical testing, grooming, and sexual assault. Forced to sign an NDA, the systems around her were built to protect wealth and influence, enabling this harm to continue unchecked, silencing those who tried to speak out and shielding perpetrators from accountability.

Today, Margo’s is determined to see change. She supports NOA’s work to ensure that transparency and accountability apply to everyone, regardless of status or fortune. Margo’s vision is for her daughter to grow up in a world where intelligent and ambitious young women can pursue careers based on talent and merit, free from exploitation, abuse or fear.

In order to protect their anonymity some survivors have opted to use pseudonyms. Images may represent survivors at the age they were exploited. Images may not be actual likenesses.
