Empowerment

No one above survivors

Empowerment lies at the core of No One Above — the belief that survivors must lead the movement for justice and reform. For too long, power has been used to silence, intimidate, and erase the voices of those who were harmed.

Our work seeks to reverse that balance: to return agency, dignity, and authority to survivors themselves. Empowerment means reclaiming the right to tell our own stories, to define the language of justice, and to be active participants in the systems that once excluded us.

Through education, collaboration, and community action, we aim to create spaces where survivors are not spoken for, but heard — and where their strength becomes the foundation for lasting social and legal change.
